Interested in getting on our waiting list for a puppy? Please fill out this questionnaire and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible. There are no wrong answers, so please be honest. We simply want to learn about you, your knowledge about the breed and what kind of helpful information to share with you before you take a puppy home.
*Please note that a small deposit will be required to hold your name on the waiting list, it will be put towards the overall cost of your puppy, it can be refunded if you are not able to acquire a puppy from us due to a small litter or if you want a certain sex and none/not enough are available. Names will go on the list in the order the deposit is received.
We will only be taking 5 spots for our waiting list, after that puppies will be placed on a first come/first served basis.
